Processing & Shipping Time
Since all of my products are handmade, please allow 4-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, depending on the product. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond my control.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. I currently ship within the U.S. only. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of my products, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is very important to me! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so I can assist you.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

The "Rosie Patchwork" wallet is crafted using real patchwork, not printed designs. This means each wallet is uniquely pieced together with care, requiring extra time and effort. Due to the additional love and craftsmanship involved, this design has a slightly higher fee.
